Our Task

The challenge is for us to successfully race across 2000km (1250 miles) of Mongolia’s Gobi Desert powered only by the wind in our three-wheeled buggies with a sail.

With only ourselves (six competitors from Europe and six from New Zealand), a back up four-wheel drive with cook and translator, and the nomads for company, this is going to be an epic adventure.

With just 8 days to complete the first trip of its kind, and snow leopards, brown bears, wolves, punctures and a lack of wind to potentially compete against, will we succeed and who will win?
